Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Radiation Oncology department, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
- Provide expert consultation on complex cases and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Medical Oncologists and Surgeons, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced technology and techniques for radiation therapy.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Radiation Oncology.
- Participate in research initiatives and clinical trials to contribute to the field’s knowledge base.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Experience:
- Experience not required but beneficial.
- Proven track record of excellence in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in Radiation Oncology.
Qualifications:
- Completion of training in South Africa.
- FC Rad qualification.
